Coop from wpdh is now down to 338lbs he started at 359 he's lost 21lbs total in just 4 weeks call wpdh dontate $1 a pound for every pound also dontate money for balloons they are going tie as many balloons to coop as they can to make  him float 3ft to the stage lol. it will take about 1300 balloons to do this. The Fit squad Fit camp will be starting indoors sept 1st. Also new Booty Camp Pole dancing classes start in mid sept. Reg early get and reg for only $49 $25 a class 8 Week classe loads of fun.

What modifications do you recommend for people with lower back pain?  I'm hoping to strengthen and improve my lower back, but I am unsure of which exercises to focus on, and which ones to avoid.
