Exercise and release those endorphins!

Exercise is one of the best ways to release stress.  I know when I get stressed, angry or sad, the best antidepressant and stress buster, is EXERCISE! I find that when I go out for a run or a good hard work out, and my clients too after I train them, I get a great feeling of relief and all those bad feelings are left behind. It can’t get any better than that. Usually when you are feeling run down from depression or stress its better have a trainer or work out with a group or someone to push you harder and help you talk it out at the same time to get. You will feel much better after a vigorous hard training session.
When we exercise we release good endorphins. Endorphins are endogenous opioid polypeptide compounds. They are produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates during strenuous exercise,[1] excitement, pain and orgasm, and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a sense of well-being. Endorphins work as "natural pain relievers", whose effects may be enhanced by other medications.

So put away those antidepressants and leave your Psychiatrist on the couch, and start exercising!! So you can look good and feel great mentally and physically!!
