2. Diets and Regular Personal Training
- Keep to the training regimen.
- Weekly weigh-in (digital scale); optional body fat check.
- Emergency craving consultations.
3. Periodic Adjustments
- Revise diet program if necessary.
- Revise exercise program if necessary.
