  • Create an exercise program customized to your needs
  • Review short and long term goals
  • Other self-directed exercise

2. Diets and Regular Personal Training

  • Keep to the training regimen.
  • Weekly weigh-in (digital scale); optional body fat check.
  • Emergency craving consultations.

3. Periodic Adjustments

  • Revise diet program if necessary.
  • Revise exercise program if necessary.
