     About 12 weeks ago, my wife and I went on an adventure to come up with a plan to get healthier.  We looked at a few gyms, we looked at bicycles, and we looked at tread-mills.  We had decided that the gym membership would never get used just like before.  We decided the tread-mill would just gather dust just like before, and we soon decided the bicycles would only get used in the summertime. 

     We always had seen this FITSQUAD mobile pass the house almost everyday and remembered about 2 years ago we had seen the FITSQUAD at the Arlington Street Fair and remembered what they were about.  My wife and I thought lets give them a call.  Sondra and Len came to the house one afternoon and explained in more detail the workings of the program.  My wife and I decided to invest in ourselves and give it a go.

     Len has been our trainer for about 6 weeks now, we are starting our 14th session tomorrow.  I weighed about 220 lbs, my wife won't say what she weighs  :)   The first sessions was brutal.  This past session, #13 was still brutal but......  We are running on the tread-mill, we are doing incline sit-ups, we are doing leg raises, push-ups, lifting weights with almost every muscle in our body.  Along with all of this they advised us on a good eating plan to compliment the exercise program.  I now weigh about 207 lbs, again my wife won't say what she weighs.

     Bottom line ....this is the best investment I made in my 48 years.  Both my wife and I not only are getting physically healthy but we both have noticed each others mental health has improved as well.   THANKS   FITSQUAD
