Anna - LaGrange

I joined the Fit Squad in March of 2010.  My goal was to lose weight for my daughters wedding in October.   By the time she got married  I had lost 30 lbs.  The Fit Squad has been a lifestyle change for me.  I strive to go at least 3 times a week.  I work my schedule around my exercise classes.  I have also been more aware of what I eat.  It feels good when you see family and friends and they notice how much weight I have lost.  I want to thank Sondra for making it fun.  After my daughters wedding, I ran a 5k.  It was more like a walk run.  It was something I would never had considered doing prior to the Fit Squad.  On Thanksgiving I ran a 2 mile Turkey Trot in Poughkeepsie.  Who would have thought that would be possible?  I felt good  when I completed the race.  The Fit Squad works for me.  I needed something totally different.  Going to the gym and using the equipment was too boring for me.  Thanks Sondra for all your help and motivation.  Even though I still get mixed up with those silly bands.
