About Sondra:

With all the years of diet and training I have learned a lot about what foods are good for all year round staying fit without feeling deprived. I would never expect to give someone an eating program that I couldn't live with myself. The key is to stay fit forever not just a quick loss to only put it back on again. I love working out and staying fit. You don't have to get the muscles I have but I can help you look and feel better what ever goal you want for yourself. Over the years Ive learned how to give a great exercise program to people who also have limitations, such as back, knee, shoulder and many injuries or pain.  I have also studied martial arts and did a little non contact boxing, and dancing.

She is here to help you improve your health and family life. Certified by Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Also certified by the AADP. Leads workshops on nutrition, and offers individual health and nutrition counseling. .
