I first started to attend The Fit Squad Boot Camp during the summer of 2009 and in just a few weeks I started to see results. Not only was I losing weight but I was toning up in a way that I had never been able to do on my own, especially in my arms which were always hard for me to see results in. Because of my work and school schedule I was unable to continue attending Boot Camp but I have recently finished my masters and am now back to attending Boot Camp. I had gained some weight while I was away and attending a local gym was just not working for me.

     I have been training with Sondra for 9 months. I first came to her due to my severe back problems.  I have three degenerating discs and was forced to quit All Sport because my back was going out every 6-8 weeks and I'd be bedridden for at least a week.  I even tried their "Healthy Back Program"- it didn't help.  My back still went out on a regular basis.  I eventually realized it was the exercise and quit the gym.  That was over 3 years ago.

 I joined Fit Squad in August 2011 & it is now January 2012. In that time, I have lost 19 lbs., toned up, have more endurance, strengthened my immune system against those pesky colds, have more energy, and best of all I feel better. I started with the personal training sessions with Sondra twice per week for the first 5 weeks to get acclimated. I then started the boot camps as well. For anyone reading this trying to decide if you should join, I have been in your shoes. Try it as you have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
