We initially contacted the Fit Squad to maintain and, hopefully, improve our health. My husband, Dave, will be 58 this month and I am 56. Sondra has been working with us since the end of February. I've been excercising for 23 yrs, Pilates, Step Classes, Circuit Training, Aerobics  etc.  I've gotten extraordinary results in the last 5 months than I can ever imagine.   This was my last hope to achieve the results I was looking for ......and it happend.

I never thought I would look forward to working out!

I love having one on one training. I have felt such a difference. I don't even have to leave the house! I work from home and I can actually say there is a difference in my body. My legs and arms feel strong and are shapely!! I have lowered my cholesterol and I have more energy! I am about to start boot camp and I can't wait to have the support of Sondra and her team.      About 12 weeks ago, my wife and I went on an adventure to come up with a plan to get healthier.  We looked at a few gyms, we looked at bicycles, and we looked at tread-mills.  We had decided that the gym membership would never get used just like before.  We decided the tread-mill would just gather dust just like before, and we soon decided the bicycles would only get used in the summertime.
